INFICON 貝阿德-阿爾珀特皮拉尼（Pirani）BPG402-S型復合真空計將兩種真空計的功能融合到一個緊湊型裝置中，測量范圍為 5×10-10 毫巴至大氣壓（3.8×10-10 托至大氣壓）。多項技術相結合降低了安裝、設置和集成的復雜性。選擇帶有兩根氧化釔鍍層銥絲的BPG400型真空計，價格經濟，且可重復測量基準壓力。傳感元件自帶的在軌校準數據在更換傳感器時確保了高再現性。
